Occupied home staging-

This service is offered to the homeowner looking to stage their home for sale prior to listing with a realtor, while continuing to reside in the home. We offer packages that fit everyones specialized needs, specific to their unique homes. Whether you need one room staged or several, we can help. Start with a consultation, where we meet to discuss recommendations to enhance your homes show potential. You can decide to handle some or all of the recommendations, or turn the project over to me entirely. Should the space require furniture rental and decor updates a proposal can be provided for this. The key is to remember that even small changes can have a major impact on a space.

Home Staging

Vacant home staging-

Vacant homes can be harder to sell because it is difficult for a potential buyer to imagine themselves in the space along with being able to envision the functionality of the room. We will work to bring all the necessary furniture, decor and accessories into the space to create visual appeal to a buyer. The main rooms addressed when staging a home are: the living room, kitchen/dining area, the master bedroom, the ensuite bath, and/or the main bath of the home. Interior Design

We work with your personal style, contemporary, classical, traditional, modern, rustic or eclectic to create a space that is as functional as it is beautiful. While also ensuring that it flows with the rest of the home. I have worked with many client’s on simple and complex projects, from window treatments to working with a contractor on making floorpan changes. We will utilize as much as possible that you currently have to keep costs to a minimum. Your dreams for your home can become a reality!

Material selections: fabrics, textures, flooring, window treatments, lighting fixtures, finishes. etc.
Design coordination and installation
Artwork selection and placement

- Assistance with organizing rooms to “declutter.”
- Color scheme plans if freshening up paint in room(s) is necessary.
- Rearranging furniture in the home (if occupied) that makes sense and fits the space to scale.
- Artwork selection and placement.
- Moving rental furniture and accessories/ artwork into the space.
- Accessory selection and placement.
